Tompkins A. Foster
Mr. Foster attended law school at Duke University School of Law and graduated in 1980. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980 and also is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts, and the 5th and 11th Circuit Courts of Appeal.
He has thirty (30) years of experience in collection law and civil litigation, and has held a legal position in a civil trial law firm since his admission to the Bar.
